The Salvation Army is preparing to move its thrift store to a new location, and they need helping hands to make the transition smooth and successful. Volunteers are invited to assist with packing, sorting, organizing, and preparing items for transport. This is a great opportunity to support a community partner and make a meaningful impact.
What to Expect
Tasks may include packing merchandise, organizing donations, boxing items, and helping prepare the store for relocation.
The work is hands‑on, so comfortable clothing and closed‑toe shoes are recommended.
This volunteer need is ongoing until the move is complete, so any amount of time you can give is appreciated.
Schedule Tuesday through Saturday 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Volunteers may come for a full day or just a few hours—every bit helps.
