Mississippi Children's Museum - Meridian

MCM - Meridian is the first satellite campus of the Mississippi Children's Museum in Jackson. Our mission is to create unparalleled experiences to inspire excellence and a lifelong joy of learning. Through a hands-on children’s museum, we will: ENRICH the lives of children SPARK creativity EXPAND the realm of imagination INSTILL an everlasting joy of learning BROADEN families’ understanding of education CREATE a safe haven where our community can thrive and grow.

The museum’s five exhibit galleries are centered around our educational initiatives: health and nutrition, literacy, and STEAM (science, technology, engineering, arts, and math). Aspects of East Mississippi’s rich history are incorporated throughout from our Camp Bonita Adventure to our Key Brothers exhibit. We hold daily educational programing and will continue to expand our offerings to meet the needs of our community.
