Who We Are
The Salvation Army, an international movement, is an evangelical part of the universal Christian Church. Its message is based on the Bible. Its ministry is motivated by the love of God. Its mission is to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ and to meet human needs in His name without discrimination.
What We Do
First & foremost, we are a church to preach the Word of God to all of God's people without any form of discrimination with weekly Sunday School and Morning Worship. We also offer character building with youth. We also have a women's ministry and men's ministry.
Meridian Non-Perishable Food Distribution drive-thru Mon and Wed 9-11 am
Evening Meal Monday - Friday evening 5:00 pm - 6:00 pm served in to-go containers
Family Store provide vouchers as needed. Sales provide funds for programs.
Newton Non-Perishable Food Distribution drive-thru 4th Tues 9-11 am
Philadelphia Cleaning and Paper Products Distribution drive-thru 2nd Tues 9-11 am
Emergency Disaster Services in the time of need of a tornado, severe storms, etc...
