Volunteers are needed for June Horse Camp at Coyote Hills Equine Rescue and Therapeutic Riding!
At Coyote Hills, we are passionate about teaching others the joy and benefits of basic skills and horsemanship. Through volunteer programs, youth summer camp programs, and other opportunities, we have something for everyone!
We are powered by our local volunteers who help feed, groom, ride, and nurture our horses. Our wonderful volunteers and community help make Coyote Hills an amazing home to so many horses.
The Summer Youth program is for youth of all abilities, and there are dates available for special needs children. Children ride, learn horsemanship, how to feed, saddle, etc. They also do arts and crafts.
Volunteering for Horse Camp may include the following:
- Riding horses
- Feeding and watering horses
- Cleaning horse stalls
- Brushing horses
- Bathing horses
