Lauderdale Baptist Association

Who We Are

Lauderdale Baptist Association has developed ministry priorities to implement our mission:  Church Revitalization: encourage the revitalization of existing LBA churches by increasing awareness of new methods of discipleship, evangelism, and church growth and providing training Network in Missions: facilitate the involvement of LBA churches in missions at home and abroad by increasing awareness of missions opportunities and then connecting congregations to fulfill the needs Church Planting: lead existing congregations to plant new churches Nurture Fellowship: encourage church leaders and members to develop personal relationships between our families of faith Community Ministries: educate, train, and equip church members to carry out meaningful community ministries and help them “plug in” or initiate new local ministries

What We Do

The LBA Crisis Center ministry is funded by the local Baptist churches and their members, and is designed to help those who need assistance with food.   The Crisis Center does not assist with clothing, paying of utitilites, or other needs. Churches are encouraged to refer people demonstrating need for food to the LBA Crisis Center
